At our wedding reception, some of our friends were surprised that we hired a detroit wedding band, rather than a DJ. I informed the few friends that were inquiring, it was my spouses choice and he wanted some diversification with the music. After the band played for 30-minutes, the friends that were inquisitive were up on the dance floor having a great time. Towards the end of the reception, everyone was going up and asking for cards to hire them for other special occasions. It’s great to know that sometimes good music just doesn’t go out of style, it always remains popular for all generations.
