I would like to start canning fruits and vegetables this year. Everyone says that home canned produce is so much better tasting than store bought. It will take a lot though to get started, I need glass jars, a pressure cooker, and a garden. I am going to use the extra cash from our Car Title Loan to help pay for my new hobby. I am really excited and I cannot wait to get started. My husband and I are going to plant the garden this weekend, we have our sites set on a large garden, but we will see what we get planted.
