I confess to being a Ryanair phobe, but in all fairness I must say they really weren’t too bad at all. I flew via Dublin, and went got my ticket for just £16 all in which is cheaper and quicker than the train to Gatwick. The first segment was on the newer planes which are really uncomfortable – the seat backs are solid plastic, and it really is not comfortable as your knees are pressed in to them. My main problem with Ryanair was the attitude of the cabin crew, but I must say on both flights all of the crew were really friendly, and handled a drunk passenger really well. All in all, really not bad! I will definately fly Ryanair again.
