It feels so good to be back visiting my old hometown; I remember the streets where I used to play and spend a great deal of the day just hanging out with my friends and playmates. Some empty lots have been filled up with new houses or buildings and to my surprise, some are still standing strong and proud. Back then there were no major worldwide movers and we had to leave most of our stuff behind; beds and furniture that had been a great part of my childhood were sold to close friends and neighbors or were given away to charity.
