My husband’s family is fairly well off. They came to us the other day with a question. They wanted to know if they could set up a trust fund for each of our four children. They already knew some of the basics because they had found someone with a dallas family law firm that gave them some advice. They said that they didn’t want to set up the funds without asking us first. They said that it is not really a whole lot of money, but it should help the kids to make it through college.
