Balanced Arm Training

You dont have to do a ton of barbell curls to get the arms that you are looking for. dont get me wrong doing barbell and dumbell curls is great. Im just saying that there are many different ways to approach training your arms with a balanced workout. You should keep in mind that your triceps are the largest muscle group in your entire arm. You should give them just as much attention as you would your biceps. These might seem like unique workouts at first but you will get used to them.
