Making More Friends, Dating New People
March 30th, 2010 . by adminExercising keeps me fit and out of the house. For most part, I’m a home body and I would prefer to sit on the couch all day. This changed after adopting the caveman diet. I wanted to lose weight so I started jogging. The caveman diet helped me with this goal by making me burn fatter, build more muscle and run on more energy. Aside from this, I began to meet more people with similar healthy lifestyles. We play sports together and sometimes go out on dates. The caveman diet not only made it possible for me to stay healthy but also for me to meet new people with similar interests.
