Budgeting Your Weight?

Budgeting your weight is possible, and it’s just like budgeting your finances.  Think of your weight as debt that you need to pay off, and your fitness equipment as your methods of paying it off.  Then your exercise plan would be like your monthly budget.  Set goals for each month of how much weight you want to lose (being reasonable of course, don’t set too lofty or unhealthy of goals) and then work hard to keep to your plan.  If you do, you’ll probably start getting satisfied with your results.  If things don’t work out, if you’re exercising hard and not seeing big results, set your goals down a bit, but keep working hard.
