The Best Exercises For My Triceps
February 7th, 2010 . by adminI’ve been taking a body building class for women at my local gym. I love it but my triceps are not progressing at all. It’s kind of frustrating and embarrassing for me. I decided to go online and see if I could supplement my workouts with some more exercises that I could do on my own. It only took a few minutes and I found the best tricep workouts. They are challenging and a were a little tough to do in the beginning. But I am noticing a huge difference in not just the look of my arms, but the strength in my triceps.
