My mom was voted as the president of the garden club in our subdivision. The garden club was established by the house wives in our area. It is for their recreational activity and at the same time for the beautification of our neighborhood. I think it is a brilliant idea and I truly support whoever thought of this because it gives our moms a chance and a time to also interact and meet different people in an organization. Every day they would visit each of the backyards and will plan on beautifying it either by planting flowers or fruit trees. They would hold their weekly meeting at home over a cup of delonghi Coffee and muffins and pies. I love it because my mom enjoys it so much and looks forward to their every activity.
