I have to say that I am proud of my husband. He made Brownies from scratch the other day, all by himself. And they tasted delicious, too! Of course, it probably helped that he had a nifty little pan that cut them into perfect little squares and had a non-stick surface that allowed them to slide right off. I bought the pan after watching an Internet commercial, and it worked just as well as the website claimed it would. I’m pretty sure that even my eight-year-old could bake something great in that pan. Still, my husband has never cooked before, so it was a great accomplishment for him.
