Working in the City
March 28th, 2010 . by adminMy brothers and I were driving through the city about a week ago, and we came up to a street that had a number of skip bins lined up on it. We looked up, and we noticed that there were a number of men working on the roof, and they were throwing down small pieces of garbage in to the bin. I asked one of my brother’s if they should have the street shut down while they were throwing things off like that, and he told me that he thought that it was the law to close it. I wasn’t very impressed.
