Cross training provides many advantages for increasing the fitness and removing the fatness. The strength and the capability of the heart, lungs and blood vessels are increased. It also has a calm effect on the nerves and loosing weight and burning of calories is also done. Cross training has three basic components. They are as follows. Exercise is done on the capability and condition of heart, lungs and blood vessels to make them relax. To start with it interval training can be given in which careful planned jogging and walking depending on the fitness level. Exercises are done to strengthen the body muscles particularly those related to get a good posture. This activity encourages the people who are already busy with their regular routine.
