It is amazing how are own body’s can work as a heating system to help protect our body’s.  It is awesome that they can make a synthetic material that will help absorb water so that our bodies can do this.  With surfing wetsuits, this is possible.  A wetsuit has tiny holes that trap the water into the suit.  Our body’s then naturally heat this water given us a warm blanket from head to toe.  Getting a wetsuit that fits properly is a necessity as even the best constructed wetsuits will not work correctly if they are not fitted correctly.  The suit needs to be snug fitting around ankles and wrist. You want it snug around the neck too.  It is not a good feeling having cold water hit you in the neck because you’re suit was not fitted properly.
