When I was younger I remember being excited to give my mom a Mother’s day gift. I always dreamed about what wonderful homemade things my children would one day give me. Last year, my dreams finally came true, my son was born in March. As a first Mother’s day gift, my husband presented me with a card that had two wonderful thank you notes, one from him and one from my son. I started thinking about the gifts I had given my mom throughout the years and realized I had never said thank you before. I took the time that morning to write her a thank you, because I would not be so good with my son if I had not had her as a mom!
