I thought it might be a good idea to form a team when we all went through operations training together. I know it sounds kind of stupid, but actually doing it all together really helped us all out. We went online, got the DVDs set up and would sit around on the couch and do the work. We were all so encouraged, and I’ve never felt closer to my friends before. Now we can all go out into the industry knowing that we can overcome whatever challenges the world at large may have in store for us. It is a brand new day.
