Athletes Use Jumping Skills in Numerous Sports
January 8th, 2010 . by adminI have been an athlete since I was four years old and first played t-ball. As I got older my parents put me in more and more sports and now I play numerous sports, often at one time. I have found that jumping skills are very important in most all of the sports I play. I saw the greatest amount of improvement once I started working with the vertical jump training using the resistance bands. The entire program has been helpful and I have seen a vast improvement in the height of my jumps from before I started the program. I am glad I measured my jump height before so I could see the difference.
